@jevgenijs Yes, @elonmusk was 1st CEO to do this in 2012: no guaranteed $ beyond minimum wage, but outstanding reward for 10x stock growth.
2nd was @AxonRick at @axon_us in 2018 took the same formula a step further: @axon_us also gave every employee a fraction of the same plan.
